When can I download my software?
Protected downloads become available after the applicable payment or order has been successfully approved and the software file is available for delivery.
Does NovaSoft record downloads?
Yes. Protected downloads may be recorded with the customer account, product, order, date/time, IP address and browser/device information for security, support and licensing purposes.
Does every software product require a license?
No. Licensing requirements can be configured separately for each product. Certain products, including applicable Nova POS editions, may require a Computer ID and license key.
Why do some pages require login?
NovaSoft protects product details and other website features behind account login to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. Public legal pages remain available without login.
Why do I receive an email verification code?
Email verification is used as an additional security step for account and administrator access.
Can I request another verification code?
Yes. A resend countdown may apply before another code can be requested.
