NovaSoft sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically.
1. Windows software
After your payment is confirmed, the download link and license (where needed) are available in your account under "My Orders", and may also be sent to your email. Card payments are usually confirmed within minutes; bank, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments after we verify them, normally within a few working hours.
2. Nova POS license keys
After payment and approval, your license key for the submitted Computer ID is shown in your account and emailed to you.
3. AI website builder and online store
After payment, the "Download my website (ZIP)" button on your builder page unlocks immediately. The ZIP contains your complete website. A step-by-step guide on the same page explains how to put it on your own hosting. You can make changes later and download again at no extra cost.
4. "Set it up for me"
After payment, we contact you on WhatsApp, normally within 1 working day, to set up your website on your own hosting and domain.
5. WhatsApp AI Agent credits
Card payments add credits as soon as Safepay confirms the payment. Manual payments add credits after we verify the transaction. Free credits included with website packages are added automatically within a few minutes after you sign up on app.novasoftapps.com with the same email.
6. Problems with delivery
