1. Orders not yet paid
You can cancel any unpaid order at any time. Unpaid website builder projects can simply be left; nothing is charged.
2. Paid orders
- Software: you can cancel before the installer is downloaded or a license key is generated. After that, see the Refund Policy.
- Website builder packages: you can cancel before downloading your website. After download the package is delivered.
- "Set it up for me": you can cancel before we start the setup.
- WhatsApp AI Agent: you can stop using the service at any time and delete your business from the dashboard. Unused paid credits follow the Refund Policy.
- Subscriptions or time-based licenses (for example monthly POS plans): you can choose not to renew. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period stays active until it ends.
3. Custom development
Projects can be cancelled in writing. Work completed until the cancellation is payable.
4. Cancellation by NovaSoft
We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if the order looks fraudulent, or if it breaks our Terms of Service. If we cancel a paid order for reasons not caused by you, we refund the payment.
