This agreement applies to software and digital products supplied by NovaSoft (operated by Muhammad Hussnain, Pakistan), unless a product has its own license terms.
PART A - WINDOWS SOFTWARE (NOVA POS AND OTHER APPLICATIONS)
1. License grant
After valid purchase and approval, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased software for lawful purposes within the purchased license (plan, period and number of computers).
2. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with NovaSoft. Purchase does not include the source code.
3. Restrictions
- Do not share, publish, resell or redistribute the installer or license key without written permission.
- Do not bypass, crack or manipulate licensing or activation.
- Do not claim NovaSoft software or branding as your own.
- Do not use the software in violation of the law.
4. Nova POS activation
Where Nova POS is license-protected, activation is tied to the Computer ID you submit. A license key is only for the approved customer and computer. Hardware changes may need support review before reactivation.
5. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided as described on the product page or in a separate agreement. A purchase does not automatically include every future major version.
6. Termination
The license may be cancelled for unauthorized sharing, fraudulent purchase, license circumvention or serious breach of these terms.
7. Warranty
Software is provided according to its stated features and system requirements. Please check compatibility and documentation before buying.
PART B - WEBSITES MADE WITH THE NOVASOFT WEBSITE BUILDER
8. What you own
Your own content (text, photos, logo, products, prices) always remains yours. After full payment, you may use the downloaded website files for your own business, on any hosting and domain, for as long as you like, and you may edit them.
9. Design and code license
The designs, layouts and code that NovaSoft provides inside your website are licensed to you, without time limit, for one business website (one business or brand). You may not resell, share or distribute the designs or the builder output as templates, themes or a website-building service, or use them to build websites for other businesses without our permission.
10. Credit link
Websites include a small "Website by NovaSoft" link in the footer. You may keep or remove it.
11. Third-party parts
Websites may load fonts or maps from third parties (for example Google Fonts and Google Maps), which are covered by those providers' own terms.
PART C - WHATSAPP AI AGENT
12. The AI Agent is an online service (software as a service). You receive the right to use it while your account is active and you follow the Terms of Service. No software is transferred to you.
