These Terms apply to novasoftapps.com and all NovaSoft services: software sales and licenses, free online tools, the AI website builder and online store builder, chatbots, custom development and the WhatsApp AI Agent at app.novasoftapps.com. NovaSoft is operated from Pakistan by Muhammad Hussnain. By creating an account, buying or using any service you agree to these Terms.
1. ACCOUNTS
- Give correct information and keep your password and login codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person or business may not create many accounts to get extra free trials, credits or AI uses.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these Terms.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (or as stated) before you pay.
- Card payments are processed by Safepay. Bank, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are confirmed after we verify them.
- An order is complete only after the payment is confirmed.
3. SOFTWARE AND LICENSES
Software is licensed, not sold, under our Software License Agreement. Do not share, resell or crack software or license keys.
4. FREE ONLINE TOOLS
Free tools are provided "as is" for lawful use. Do not upload files you have no right to use, illegal content or malware. Keep your own copies of important files.
5. AI WEBSITE BUILDER AND ONLINE STORE
a) How it works: you log in, describe your business, AI writes text and suggests a design, you add your own content, and you can preview for free. After payment you can download the complete website files.
b) Your content: you are responsible for everything you add (text, photos, logos, products, prices, claims) and must have the right to use it. Do not use the builder for illegal, misleading, adult, gambling, counterfeit or harmful products, or to copy another business's brand.
c) AI text: AI can make mistakes. Check all text, prices and details before publishing.
d) Hosting and domain: websites are hosted on the customer's OWN hosting account and domain, bought in the customer's name. NovaSoft does not host these websites and is not responsible for hosting or domain companies, their prices, renewals or downtime. If you choose "Set it up for me", we do the technical setup in your accounts for a one-time fee; the hosting and domain are still yours and paid by you to the provider. Never send us your passwords; use the provider's access-sharing feature.
e) Ownership: after full payment, the website files you download are yours to use for your own business. See the Software License Agreement for the design and code license.
f) Online store orders: orders placed on a customer's store are sent to the store owner on WhatsApp. NovaSoft is not a party to sales between a store owner and their buyers and is not responsible for products, delivery, payments or returns between them.
g) Limits: each package has limits (for example AI uses and number of products). Free AI uses before payment are limited, and daily limits may apply to protect the service.
h) Website forms and chatbot: form messages are delivered to the website owner by email and on the builder page. A website chatbot runs on the owner's own AI key; the owner is responsible for that key and its usage limits.
6. WHATSAPP AI AGENT
- AI replies can be wrong. You are responsible for the information you give the AI and for checking important conversations.
- Follow Meta's terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Only message people who contacted you or agreed to receive messages. No spam.
- AI replies use credits. Credits are added after payment is verified. Free or bonus credits (including credits included with website packages) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Meta may charge your WhatsApp account directly for some messages; those charges are between you and Meta.
- Alerts are best-effort; WhatsApp rules may block alert messages to numbers that have not messaged your business recently.
7. CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT
Scope, price, timeline and payment schedule for custom projects are agreed in writing (including WhatsApp). Work outside the agreed scope may cost extra.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not: attack, overload or try to break into our systems; scrape or copy our designs or software to resell them; bypass limits, payments or licenses; send spam; upload malware; or use any service for illegal activity under the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NovaSoft name, logo, website, software, designs, templates and builder belong to NovaSoft. Your own content remains yours.
10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We try to keep the Services available but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, improve or stop features. Prices may change for future purchases.
11. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, NovaSoft is not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to solve any problem with you directly; please contact us before taking any other step.
